Ubwiyongere bwa COVID-19 mu Rwanda butumye hafatwa ingamba nshya

Hashingiwe ku mibare y’abandura COVID-19 ikomeje kwiyongera, Guverinoma yafashe ingamba ziyongera ku zari zisanzwe mu rwego rwo kurushaho gukumira ubwiyongere bwa COVID-19.

Ingamba zikurikira zigomba gushyirwa mu bikorwa mu Gihugu hose, uhereye ku wa Mbere tariki ya 20 Ukuboza 2021; ariko zishobora kongera kuvugururwa igihe cyose bibaye ngombwa hashingiwe ku isesengura ry’Inzego z’Ubuzima.

Abagenzi bose bapimwa COVID-19 (PCR test) bakigera mu Gihugu, bakongera gupimwa ku munsi wa 3 n’uwa 7, biyishyuriye, ahantu hagenewe gupimirwa COVID-19. RDB izatanga amabwiriza yihariye ajyanye n’ubukerarugendo.

c. Abagenzi bose binjira n’abasohoka mu Gihugu bakoresheje Ikibuga Mpuzamahanga cya Kigali bagomba kuba bafite icyemezo cy’uko bipimishije COVID-19 (PCR test) mu gihe cy’amasaha 72 mbere y’uko bahaguruka, kandi bakubahiriza amabwiriza y’Inzego z’Ubuzima yo kwirinda COVID-19.

d. Ibitaramo by’umuziki, kubyina na konseri (night clubs/live bands/karaoke and concerts) n’ibindi bitaramo by’imyidagaduro bibereye ahandi hose bibaye bihagaritswe.

e. Abakozi b’Inzego za Leta bazakorera mu rugo, uretse abakora akazi kabasaba guhura n’abasaba serivisi, ariko ntibarenge 30% by’abakozi bose.

f. Ibikorwa by’Inzego z’abikorera bizakomeza, ariko buri rwego rurasabwa gukoresha abakozi batarenze 50% by’abakozi bose, kandi bakubahiriza amabwiriza yo kwirinda COVID-19.

Minisiteri y’Ubuzima ishobora gufunga by’agateganyo inyubako zaba iza Leta cyangwa iz’Abikorera mu gihe bigaragaye ko habonetsemo umubare munini w’abanduye COVID-19.

g. Imihango y’ubukwe harimo gusaba, ishyingirwa rikorewe imbere y’Ubuyobozi bwa Leta n’irikorewe mu nsengero hamwe no kwiyakira (receptions), ndetse n’andi makoraniro ntibigomba kwitabirwa n’abantu barenze 30% by’ubushobozi bw’aho bateraniye kandi umubare wabo nturenge abantu 75.
